Marine Insight 360 is recruiting a 2nd Engineer on Container Ship for Container Ship linked to Container Ship.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently.
The 2nd Engineer will report to the Chief Engineer and work closely with other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
The day-to-day duties of the 2nd Engineer include performing routine maintenance and repairs on the main engine, auxiliary engines, and other equipment.
The 2nd Engineer will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling the vessel's fuel consumption, as well as maintaining accurate records of engine performance and maintenance activities.
Additionally, the 2nd Engineer will participate in safety drills and training exercises to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate as a 2nd Engineer
- At least 2 years of experience as a 2nd Engineer on a container ship
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a medical examination and obtain a valid seafarer's medical certificate
- Valid visa and travel documents
