Candidate documents and job applications
When you create a profile or apply for a role, you may provide a CV, certificates, sea-service details, identity or travel document details, and other employment information. We use this information to operate the careers portal, process applications, communicate with you, and help employers or recruiters evaluate candidates for roles you choose to apply for. We do not sell candidate documents.
Candidate information is shared only as necessary for applications, platform operation, legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention or with your consent. Employers and recruiters are responsible for how they use candidate data after receiving it for a role.
