Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, impersonate another person, submit false information or scrape content without permission.

Accounts

When you create a job-seeker, employer or staff account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

No candidate fees

Marine Insight 360 is free for job seekers. Employers, recruiters and any third party using the platform must not request or collect recruitment, placement, processing, interview, joining, visa, travel, training or document-handling fees from candidates through Marine Insight 360.

Any payment request connected with a job listing may result in removal of the listing, suspension of the account and reporting to relevant authorities or industry bodies where appropriate.

Careers portal

We provide the careers portal as a venue to connect candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of listings, joining dates, visas, travel arrangements, salary payments or the conduct of any party. Always verify opportunities independently before sharing sensitive documents.

Employer and recruiter responsibilities

• Post accurate, current and lawful job information.
• Use candidate data only for roles the candidate chooses to apply for.
• Do not request candidate fees or misleading payments.
• Respect document privacy and remove data when no longer needed.
• Respond promptly to candidate safety or verification concerns.

Content and intellectual property

Editorial content, branding and design are owned by Marine Insight 360 or its licensors. Job listings and user submissions remain the responsibility of the parties that post them. You must not copy, republish or commercially reuse site content without permission unless a specific page says otherwise.

Reports and complaints

To report a fake job, payment request, unsafe recruiter or document deletion issue, use the contact form or email support@marineinsight360.com. Include the job link, company name, contact details used by the recruiter and a short summary of the concern.
