Additionally, the 2nd Officer will participate in drills and training exercises to maintain emergency preparedness.

Requirements

  • OKRelevant STCW/CoC certificate as a 2nd Officer
  • OKAt least 2 years of experience as a deck officer on a cargo vessel
  • OKGood knowledge of navigation, cargo handling, and safety procedures
  • OKAbility to work independently and as part of a team
  • OKHigh school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a maritime-related field preferred
