The 2nd Officer is a key member of the bridge team on a Marine Insight 360 LNG vessel, responsible for safe navigation and cargo operations.
This role requires a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols.
The 2nd Officer will work closely with the Master and other officers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
The 2nd Officer's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, monitoring cargo operations, and maintaining deck equipment.
They will also be responsible for performing watchkeeping duties, including radar and navigational equipment operation.
Additionally, the 2nd Officer will participate in drills and training exercises to maintain and improve their skills.

What we look for
- Holder of a valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate of competency.
- At least 12 months of experience as a 2nd Officer on an LNG or similar vessel.
- Completion of LNG tanker training and certification.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
