Marine Insight 360 is recruiting a 2nd Officer on Oil/chemical tanker for Oil/Chemical Tanker linked to Oil/chemical tanker.
The source listing notes: 2nd Officer on Oil/chemical tanker The 2nd Officer is a key member of the deck team on our oil/chemical tankers, responsible for navigation and cargo operations.
This role requires a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols.
The 2nd Officer will work closely with the Master and other deck officers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
The 2nd Officer's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, monitoring cargo operations, and maintaining deck equipment.
They will also be responsible for performing watchkeeping duties, including radar and navigational equipment operation.
Additionally, the 2nd Officer will participate in drills and training exercises to maintain emergency preparedness.

What we look for
- Hold a valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate of competency
- Have at least 12 months of experience as a deck officer on tankers
- Hold a valid tanker endorsement
- Have a good understanding of ISM and ISPS codes
- Be proficient in English language
