Role overview
We are seeking a skilled 3rd Engineer to join our team on a Bulk carrier. The 3rd Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vessel's engine department. This is a key role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
The 3rd Engineer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting engine problems, and overseeing the work of junior engineers. They will also be required to keep accurate records of engine performance and maintenance activities. Additionally, the 3rd Engineer will be expected to participate in safety drills and training exercises.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate as a 3rd Engineer.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working on a Bulk carrier or similar vessel type.
- Must have a strong understanding of engine maintenance and repair procedures.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must hold a valid medical certificate.
