Marine Insight 360 is recruiting a 3rd Engineer on LNG for LNG linked to LNG.
The source listing notes: 3rd Engineer on LNG vessel We are seeking a skilled 3rd Engineer to join our team on a liquefied natural gas carrier.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel's engine department.

As a 3rd Engineer on our LNG vessel, your day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on engine room equipment, monitoring and optimizing engine performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
You will also be responsible for supervising junior engineers and participating in drills and training exercises.
Additionally, you will work closely with the chief engineer to plan and implement maintenance schedules.

What we look for
- Hold a valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate of competency
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3rd Engineer on a merchant vessel
- Hold a valid STCW certificate in crisis management and human behavior
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Hold a valid medical certificate
