Role overview
We are seeking a skilled 3rd Engineer to join our team on a Reefer vessel. As a key member of the engine department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the ship's machinery. The role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
Your day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, monitoring engine performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for managing spare parts and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with other crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate of competency
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a 3rd Engineer on a merchant vessel
- Must have completed all required STCW training courses
- Must have experience with refrigeration systems and cargo handling equipment
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
