The 3rd Officer will serve on a modern container ship, supporting navigation and safety operations under the Chief Officer. This role includes watch‑keeping, cargo planning, and emergency response duties. You will work closely with the bridge team to ensure efficient voyage execution.
Day‑to‑day tasks involve standing a 4‑hour watch, monitoring radar, AIS and ECDIS, and conducting bridge equipment checks. You will assist in cargo stowage plans, oversee hatch cover operations, and maintain safety equipment logs. Additionally, you will take part in drills, safety inspections, and report any irregularities to the Master.

Requirements
- OK**
- OK- STCW 95/96 with Officer of the Watch (OOW) endorsement and a valid medical certificate.
- OK- Minimum 2 years sea service as 3rd Officer on a container ship.
- OK- Proficiency with ECDIS, GMDSS and bridge navigation systems.
- OK- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- OK- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
