Role overview
The 3rd Officer is a key member of the deck team on a Cruise vessel, responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of the ship. This role involves working closely with other officers and crew members to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The 3rd Officer will also participate in navigational watches and contribute to the overall management of the vessel.
The 3rd Officer's day-to-day duties at sea will include navigating the vessel, monitoring safety equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks. They will also be responsible for updating navigational charts and publications, and participating in safety drills and training exercises. Additionally, the 3rd Officer will assist with cargo operations and other deck activities as required.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate
- 2 years of experience as a deck officer on a commercial vessel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
