Role overview
We are seeking a 3rd Officer to join our crew on a General Cargo Vessel. The 3rd Officer will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. The ideal candidate will have experience working on similar vessels and be familiar with cargo operations.
As a 3rd Officer, your day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, monitoring cargo operations, and maintaining deck equipment. You will also be responsible for performing safety drills and training crew members. Additionally, you will assist the Chief Officer with cargo planning and other tasks as required.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate of competency
- Must have at least 12 months of experience as a 3rd Officer on a merchant vessel
- Must have a valid medical certificate
- Must have completed all required STCW training courses
- Must have a good understanding of cargo operations and navigation
