Role overview
We are seeking a 3rd Officer to join our team on a General Cargo Vessel. The 3rd Officer will be responsible for navigation and deck operations. This is a contract position with Marine Insight 360.
The 3rd Officer will be responsible for navigating the vessel, maintaining deck equipment, and performing watchkeeping duties. They will also be required to participate in cargo operations and maintain safety equipment. Additionally, the 3rd Officer will be expected to keep accurate records and reports.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate of competency
- Must have at least 12 months of experience as a 3rd Officer on a cargo vessel
- Must have a valid medical certificate
- Must have completed all required STCW training courses
- Must have a good understanding of ISM and ISPS codes
