Role overview
We are seeking a 4th Engineer to join our team on a Bulk carrier. The 4th Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vessel's engine department. This role is crucial to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
The 4th Engineer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, monitoring engine performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The 4th Engineer will also be required to keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and to work closely with other members of the engine department. Additionally, the 4th Engineer will be expected to participate in drills and training exercises to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a 4th Engineer on a bulk carrier or similar vessel.
- Must have a strong understanding of engine maintenance and repair.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to pass a medical examination.
