Role overview
We are seeking a 4th Engineer to join our team on a Bulk carrier. As a key member of the engine department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vessel's engines and associated equipment. The 4th Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
The 4th Engineer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, monitoring engine performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will also be required to keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and to participate in safety drills and training exercises. Additionally, you will work closely with other members of the engine department to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a 4th Engineer on a bulk carrier or similar vessel
- Must have a strong understanding of engine maintenance and repair
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
