Role overview
We are seeking a skilled 4th Engineer to join our team on a Container Ship. The 4th Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing engine room equipment and systems. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
The 4th Engineer will perform daily rounds to check equipment and systems, identify and report any issues or defects, and carry out routine maintenance tasks. They will also assist with repairs and overhauls of engine room equipment and systems as needed. Additionally, the 4th Engineer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a 4th Engineer on a merchant vessel.
- Must have a strong understanding of engine room systems and equipment.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
