They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and for participating in safety drills and training exercises.
Additionally, the 4th Engineer will work closely with other members of the engine department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate of competency
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a 4th Engineer on a merchant vessel
- Must have a strong understanding of marine engineering principles and practices
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must hold a valid STCW certificate, including basic training and tanker endorsement
