Role overview
We are seeking a skilled 4th Engineer to join our team on a Reefer vessel. As a 4th Engineer on a Reefer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the vessel's engine and related systems. The vessel operates globally, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Your day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on engine and auxiliary equipment, monitoring fuel consumption and optimizing energy efficiency, and collaborating with other engineers to ensure seamless vessel operations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. Additionally, you will participate in safety drills and training exercises to maintain a high level of safety awareness.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate
- 2 years of experience as a 4th Engineer on a merchant vessel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Valid medical certificate
