Role overview
The Able Seaman will be part of the deck crew on a Crewell ASD Tug, responsible for maintaining the vessel and ensuring safe operations. The role involves working on a tug that provides support to various maritime activities. The Able Seaman will report to the Bosun or Deck Officer.
Day-to-day duties include maintaining the deck and superstructure, handling mooring lines, and participating in cargo operations. The Able Seaman will also be involved in maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting and cleaning. Additionally, the Able Seaman will assist with navigating the vessel and keeping watch during sailings.

What we look for
- Valid STCW Certificate of Competency
- Valid medical certificate
- 2 years of experience as an Able Seaman on a similar vessel
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
