Role overview
The Bosun is a senior deck crew member responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the crude oil tanker. This role involves supervising deckhands and ensuring the deck is safe and secure. The Bosun also assists with cargo operations and deck maintenance.
The Bosun's day-to-day duties include supervising deck maintenance, managing stores and inventory, and performing safety inspections. The Bosun is also responsible for training and guiding junior deck crew members. Additionally, the Bosun assists with anchoring, mooring, and cargo operations as needed.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate as a Bosun.

- Must be able to supervise and guide junior deck crew members.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced maritime environment.
