Role overview
The Bosun is a key member of the deck crew on our Offshore Supply Vessel, responsible for maintaining the vessel's deck and superstructure. The role involves supervising and participating in deck operations, including maintenance and repairs. The Bosun will work closely with the Chief Officer to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
The Bosun's day-to-day duties will include supervising deck crew, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The Bosun will also be responsible for managing the vessel's stores and inventory, as well as participating in cargo operations. Additionally, the Bosun will be required to stand watch and respond to emergencies as needed.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Bosun on an OSV or similar vessel
- Must have a valid STCW certificate, including survival craft and rescue boat training
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced maritime environment
