Requirements
- OKProven business development experience within maritime, civil engineering, or infrastructure consultancy Demonstrated success securing and developing new business opportunities Experience supporting marketing, tendering, bid management, and account development Strong commercial awareness and client-facing capability Established network within maritime or infrastructure sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment Exposure to port development or marine infrastructure projects Knowledge of marine consenting processes Experience supporting digital or innovation-led services Relevant professional accreditation (MICE, MIET, MIMechE, MBA or equivalent
