- OKStrong Panamax and Supramax fixing experience in the Pacific region (e.g., NOPAC, US Gulf, Southeast Asia) Proficiency in both tonnage planning and operating vessels commercially Immediate access to ready-made industry contacts (owners, charterers, brokers) that can be brought into the role day one Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
