The Chief Officer will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior officers and rating crew members. Additionally, the Chief Officer will participate in safety drills and emergency response exercises to ensure the crew is prepared for any situation.

Requirements
- OKMust hold a valid Chief Officer's Certificate of Competency
- OKMust have at least 2 years of experience as a Chief Officer on a tanker vessel
- OKMust have a valid STCW certificate
- OKMust have a good understanding of ISM and ISPS codes
- OKMust have excellent communication and leadership skills
