Role overview
The Chief Officer is a senior crew member responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. This role involves overseeing cargo operations and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Chief Officer will also be responsible for maintaining the vessel's certificates and records.
The Chief Officer's day-to-day duties include supervising deck crew, conducting safety drills, and performing cargo calculations. They will also be responsible for navigating the vessel, using electronic chart display systems and other navigation equipment. Additionally, the Chief Officer will monitor and maintain the vessel's safety equipment and systems.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Officer on a tanker vessel
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

- Valid medical certificate
