Role overview
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team on a Passenger ship, where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our passengers and crew. The successful candidate will have a strong culinary background and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be part of the Hotel/Cruise department and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service.
As a Cook on our Passenger ship, your day-to-day duties will include preparing and cooking meals, managing food stores and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You will work closely with the Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared to a high standard and that food safety and hygiene regulations are followed. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate
- Food Safety and Hygiene certificate
- 2 years of experience as a Cook on a commercial vessel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
