The Cook is a key member of the hotel department on a Product tanker, responsible for preparing meals for the crew. The Cook will work closely with other members of the hotel department to maintain a clean and safe galley.

The day-to-day duties of the Cook include planning and preparing meals, managing food stores and supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the galley. The Cook will also be responsible for ensuring all food is prepared and stored in accordance with safety and health regulations. Additionally, the Cook will assist with other hotel department tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • OKMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • OKMust have a valid passport and be able to obtain any necessary visas.
