- OKBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a maritime-related field Solid background in crew management or ship operations Strong leadership and communication skills Good organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with crewing systems and standard software tools Understanding of international maritime standards and MLC requirements
