Role details A respected international ship management organisation is seeking a Crew Payroll Controller to join its shoreside team in either Athens, Greece or Constanta, Romania.

Requirements
- OKPrevious experience working with crew payroll within the maritime industry Experience calculating and processing seafarers' wages, overtime, leave pay, allotments, advances and final settlements Knowledge of crew payroll systems such as Danaos, Adonis, Crew Manager or similar platforms Experience reviewing payroll against employment contracts, CBAs and company procedures Understanding of Manning Agent Disbursement Accounts (MGA/DA) and payroll reconciliations Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently whilst collaborating with multiple departments Experience within ship management or a maritime organisation is preferred
