Requirements
- OKA minimum of 15 years’ proven experience within crewing or manning, with a track record of delivering results on a global scale.
- OKAt least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a large shipmanagement organisation, demonstrating the ability to lead diverse, multinational teams.
- OKStrong knowledge of global sourcing areas, with the ability to identify opportunities and navigate the complexities of international recruitment markets.
