Requirements
- OKSeagoing experience as a Deck or Engine Officer, or a relevant degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in the maritime industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop crewing teams effectively Excellent communication skills with a high level of written and spoken English In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and compliance standards Proven ability to manage operations efficiently, including budget control, performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement
