Requirements
- OK8+ years’ experience within crewing, crew management or marine HR Previous experience leading teams and mentoring junior crewing professionals Experience within either commercial shipping or the Oil & Gas sector Strong understanding of crewing operations, workforce planning and personnel management Must have the right to work in the UK
