Role overview
The Crewing Officer will be based in our office and play a key role in managing crew operations. This includes coordinating crew rotations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
The day-to-day duties of this role include maintaining crew databases, processing crew documentation, and communicating with vessels and crew members. The Crewing Officer will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and managing crew training records. Additionally, they will provide support to the crew management team as needed.
