Requirements
- OKEither seagoing experience as an officer or a university degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in maritime recruitment or crewing operations.
- OKStrong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- OKProven organisational and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- OKA sound understanding of STCW, MLC, and Flag State regulations as they relate to crewing and safe manning.
- OKAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a solutions-focused and detail-oriented mindset.
