Requirements
- OKProven experience in a similar crewing or seafaring role, ideally within a ship management or maritime operations environment.
- OKStrong understanding of STCW regulations, flag state requirements, and MLC compliance.
- OKExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with seafarers, agents, and internal teams.
- OKProficient in crewing software systems and MS Office tools, with a high level of organisational ability and attention to detail.
- OKAbility to work under pressure, handle multiple vessels, and make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
