Role details Our client is a well-established organisation within the maritime industry, operating across an international and multicultural environment.
Requirements
- OK3+ years’ experience as a Senior Crewing Officer, Crewing Superintendent, Assistant Crewing Manager, or Crewing Manager.
- OKExperience managing crewing operations for Tankers or Gas vessels; candidates from other deep-sea vessel segments will be considered but must have knowledge of tanker operations.
- OKStrong understanding of crew operations, maritime regulations, and compliance requirements.
- OKProven experience managing crew planning, crew changes, and operational crewing matters.
- OKExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- OKAbility to work effectively within an international and multicultural environment.
- OKFluency in English.
