Requirements
- OKEngineering degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
- OKMinimum of 8 years’ professional experience as a diesel mechanic, working on large-scale diesel engines and propulsion systems.
- OKExtensive hands-on experience with engine overhauls, fault finding, diagnostics, and commissioning.
- OKStrong understanding of diesel fuel systems, lubrication systems, cooling systems, and engine control technologies.
- OKAbility to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and engineering documentation.
- OKProven experience working in safety-critical environments with strict quality and compliance requirements.
- OKGood command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams.
