Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer to join our team on a Bulk carrier. The ETO will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment on board. This includes ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
The ETO will perform daily checks on electrical equipment, carry out routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. They will also be responsible for updating and maintaining electrical technical documents and records. The ETO will work closely with other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate as an Electro-Technical Officer.
- At least 2 years of experience as an ETO on a merchant vessel.
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including navigation and communication equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
