Role overview
We are seeking an experienced ETO to join our team on a Bulk carrier. As an ETO on a Bulk carrier, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of electrical and electronic equipment. This includes ensuring all systems are functioning properly to support the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
Your day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic systems, troubleshooting issues, and testing equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and providing technical support to other crew members as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an ETO on a commercial vessel.
- Must have experience with electrical and electronic systems, including navigation and communication equipment.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
