Role overview
We are seeking an experienced ETO to join our team on a Bulk carrier. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment on board. This includes ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
The ETO will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic systems, troubleshooting faults, and testing equipment. They will also be required to keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ETO will work closely with other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate
- At least 2 years of experience as an ETO on a merchant vessel
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
