Requirements
- OKDegree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or related Engineering discipline, with significant experience in maintenance leadership within heavy industry, maritime, or large industrial facilities.
- OKProven track record developing and implementing maintenance strategies, KPIs, policies, and continuous improvement programmes that deliver measurable gains in reliability and performance.
- OKStrong leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders in a high-risk operational environment.
- OKDemonstrated expertise in maintenance planning, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), budgeting, and lifecycle asset management.
- OKDeep commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, with the ability to foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across all activities.
