Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to partner with a ship management company currently seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join its senior leadership team in Cyprus.
Requirements
- OKPrevious sailing experience as a Chief Engineer onboard tanker or gas vessels Shore-based experience as a Fleet Manager or Technical Manager Strong leadership and people management capabilities Experience overseeing technical and operational vessel performance Professional communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively Fluent English communication skills are essential Greek language skills would be advantageous but are not essential Candidates already based in Cyprus will be viewed favourably EU candidates and applicants requiring relocation support will also be considered
