- OKMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a Fleet Manager handling dry cargo vessels Previous seagoing experience as an Engineer on dry vessels Prior experience working within a reputable ship management company Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vessel operations and maintenance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Fluency in English, both written and spoken
