Role overview
The Gas Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of gas-related systems on a LPG - Semi-refrigerated vessel. This role requires a strong understanding of gas handling and processing equipment. The Gas Engineer will work closely with other crew members to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
The Gas Engineer's day-to-day duties will include monitoring and maintaining gas cargo systems, performing routine maintenance on gas-related equipment, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The Gas Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Additionally, the Gas Engineer will participate in cargo operations and provide technical support to other crew members as needed.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate for Gas Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience working on LPG or similar gas carriers.
- Strong knowledge of gas handling and processing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
