Requirements
- OKA minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior facilities or estates management role within a complex operational environment Strong technical knowledge of building services, utilities, and industrial machinery Proven experience leading multi-site facilities operations and managing third-party contractors Demonstrable understanding of health, safety, environmental, and statutory compliance frameworks Confident senior stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at executive and board level Strategic mindset with a clear focus on continuous improvement and long-term asset planning
