Role details Our client is a globally recognised specialist in heavy transport and engineered logistics, delivering complex solutions across the offshore, energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Requirements
- OKMaster Mariner Certificate of Competency or equivalent maritime qualification. 7+ years' experience in a senior marine, nautical operations or fleet operations position.
- OKStrong knowledge of voyage planning, weather routing, navigation and bridge management.
- OKExcellent understanding of maritime legislation, ISM Code, flag state and class requirements.
- OKProven leadership experience managing both seagoing and shore-based teams.
- OKStrong commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational efficiency and safety.
- OKExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- OKWillingness to travel internationally and attend vessel visits when required.
