Requirements
- OKExtensive experience within the offshore wind or wider renewable energy sector Strong background in business development and identifying investment opportunities Proven ability to manage projects commercially from concept through to execution Experience developing and presenting commercial proposals and strategic plans Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally Experience working across international markets and with global teams Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively Strong negotiation skills and experience handling contracts Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to operate independently in a dynamic environment
