Requirements
- OKEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- OKExperience: A minimum of five years of experience in an HR officer or generalist role, ideally within the maritime or logistics sector.
- OKCompliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations with the ability to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- OKCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.
