Requirements
- OKEducational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- OKA Master’s degree is a plus.Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or accounting within the maritime or crewing industry, specifically with passenger or cruise vessels.
- OKStrong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.Analytical Expertise: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- OKCommunication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to clients and stakeholders.
- OKTechnical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
