Requirements
- OKMinimum two years’ experience in command at sea is essential.
- OKApplicants without this experience will not be considered.
- OKIn-depth operational knowledge of the bulk carrier trade, with practical exposure to the handling of IMDG cargoes.
- OKComprehensive understanding of international maritime regulations and familiarity with industry guidelines and best practices.
- OKProven ability in risk assessment, incident investigation, and internal audits, along with strong problem-solving skills.
- OKExcellent communication and team collaboration abilities, with fluency in English and a proactive approach to leadership.
